The V&A Museum team is ambitious in its plans to grow the knowledge economy. The Data Product Manager is responsible for the development and management of Data products and toolsets within the agreed Enterprise Architecture Roadmap, with a focus on increasing the speed at which reporting can be provided and improving the quality of the data and reporting gathered, through automation, process improvements and building towards a future state employing such technologies as AI & Machine Learning. They manage the Data and reporting product backlog and roadmap on a day-to-day basis, and partner with key stakeholders in the museum to capture reporting requirements and working with colleagues in the Technology department, turning these into solutions, and managing them through to delivery.

The Data Product Manager is the escalation point for major support issues relating to the product, as well as owning the governance of data within the product (including the accuracy of the reporting being provided). This role acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all initiatives relating to the data and reporting product.
