This is a Fixed Term Contract, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

The Floor Managers at Young V&A play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver an exceptional and joyful visitor experience for all Young V&A’s visitors, including children, young people and families, and adults. 

As part of a team of managers, you will be responsible for, and be hands on, in delivering vital visitor and commercial daily operations including retail, ticketing, galleries, exhibitions, general museum operations, and front of house events, ensuring ways of working and visitor engagement strategies are delivered aligning with the ethos of Young V&A.

This role is a weekend position, working every Saturday and Sunday. It includes regular duty management responsibilities, as well as overseeing out-of-hours front of house events for both family and adult audiences.
