Experience leading, motivating and developing customer-facing teams.

Strong operational management experience within complex public venues or visitor environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems calmly and diplomatically.

Knowledge of health and safety compliance and operational best practice.

An understanding of how great visitor experiences contribute to commercial success.

Experience opening a new venue or supporting a major project would be advantageous, but not essential. Full training, including SIA-related training, will be provided.
